Tri-Valley Carvers: Woodcarving Show Details, 2026

Once again, it’s time for the Tri-Valley Woodcarvers Annual Show!

We are very excited about our upcoming 54th Annual Wood Show, and we would like to invite you to join us again this year. We had to raise the rates this year due to an increase in the rental rate for the Veterans Hall.

DATES: Saturday & Sunday, September 12 & 13, 2026
TIMES: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm both days (open to carvers Saturday, Sept. 12 at 8:00 am)
LOCATION: Veterans Memorial Hall, 301 Main Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
SET UP & ENTRIES: Deliver items for judging and Table Set Up on Friday, Sept. 11th, 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm
EXHIBITOR TABLE: 8 ft: $24.00 plus 3 free judging entries.
EXHIBITOR TABLE: 4 ft (1/2 table): $12.00 plus 2 free judging entries.
VENDOR TABLE: $30.00 plus 3 free judging entries. (Applies to all persons offering items for sale.)
ENTRIES ONLY: $10.00 each.
JUDGING ENTRIES: Limit of one (1) per category; with a grand total of three (3) entries per person.
DINNER: TBD

  • Wonderful Raffle Prizes will be offered for a small ‘donation’ of $2.00 per ticket or 3/$5.00.
  • Our Welcome Table will display “go-by/progression” pieces to show samples of what the show is all about to the folks on the street, and the Country Store will be up and running for all those interested in some really ‘good deals’! All proceeds go to help defray our Show expenses. If you have something you would like to donate, we will gladly accept your generosity.
  • Silent Auction (Bid or Buy It Now). All proceeds go to promote the art of wood carving.
  • Whittling Contests held on both Saturday and Sunday, so start practicing! (See entry form to sign up.)
  • This is also a ‘selling’ show, so bring along all those pieces you have stashed away and share them. (All persons selling will need a “Vendor” table; please check the entry form and include the proper amount.)
  • There will be demos during both days: Carving; Burning; Turning; Painting; etc. If you have something you would like to demonstrate, please let us know. A larger variety is always welcome.
  • Soap Carving for kids of all ages. FREE on both days; watch for times.
